Marriott is hiring a Culinary Associate for a hotel kitchen in Mumbai. You will prepare ingredients (portioning, chopping, washing and peeling produce, weighing and mixing), and cook food to recipes, quality and presentation standards using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
You will also prepare cold foods, check that food is cooked properly, monitor quality during preparation, set up and break down your station, serve food in correct portions, and wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tools and equipment.
Preferred qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related kitchen experience. No supervisory experience is needed.
