Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Service Executive for personal and business loans in Asansol, West Bengal. You will represent the company for personal loan products, answer customer questions and explain loan features, eligibility, documents, pricing and fees accurately.
You will act as the link between management, channel partners and customers, coordinate with internal teams for timely login, processing and disbursement of loan applications within turnaround times, and keep customer satisfaction high by following up after disbursement.
Requirements: any graduate with at least 1 year of experience, basic knowledge of personal loans or retail lending, and a customer-focused approach.
