Marriott is hiring a Sales Executive (Proactive) for a hotel in Dehradun. You will use sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximise revenue while keeping guest loyalty, process reservation requests, changes and cancellations, and handle Marriott Rewards point redemptions.
You will also resolve guest calls and requests by working with sales, data administration and accounting, offer complimentary items to reward guest loyalty, and promote the brand image inside and outside the hotel.
Preferred qualifications: a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related work experience.
