Accenture is hiring an Application Support Engineer in Bengaluru focused on Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO). You will be expected to work independently and grow into a subject-matter expert on the platform.
Day to day, you will troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise environments, work with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems on time, document findings and fixes for the wider team, help put process improvements in place to prevent recurring problems, and guide junior colleagues. Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes is expected.
Requirements: at least 3 years of experience with Manhattan Active Order Management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and 15 years of full-time education. The role is based at Accenture's Bengaluru SEZ location.
