CSB Bank is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer for its NRI Lounge in Tirurangadi, Kerala. You will build relationships with NRI customers, help them open accounts and complete onboarding and documentation, and make sure KYC, AML and FATCA rules are followed.
You will also run the lounge day to day, managing access, appointments, service standards and inventory and coordinating with vendors; handle customer queries and escalations; promote digital banking products; and support branch campaigns. The role carries sales and business targets through lead conversion and deepening customer relationships.
Requirements: a graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience.
