Principal Global Services is hiring Process Specialists in Hyderabad and Pune to handle payouts for US retirement (401(k) defined contribution) plans. You will process benefit distributions such as cash payouts and rollovers, required minimum distributions and withdrawals, while meeting productivity, quality and compliance standards.
The role includes prioritising daily work, communicating with customers on complex payouts, validating plan and contract records, documenting work, reporting customer concerns and working with teammates on complex cases.
Requirements: 2–4 years in back-office operations with knowledge of the US retirement/pensions domain; a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance is preferred. Experience with distributions, RMDs, in-service withdrawals and 1099-R tax reporting is a plus.
