Syngene is hiring PRD (Process Research & Development) Scientists in Bengaluru. You will run lab experiments, at least two a day, to generate data for process robustness, plant simulation and process safety studies, and synthesise reference standards, impurity markers, intermediates and APIs.
The role includes tracking impurities, recording detailed observations in lab notebooks, preparing project documents such as technology transfer and development reports, literature searches using SciFinder and Reaxys, and supporting scale-up at the manufacturing site with feedback to improve the process. Strict safety, quality and data-integrity standards apply.
Requirements: an MSc in Chemistry with 3–6 years of experience.
