Taj Connemara, Chennai (IHCL) is hiring an Executive – F&B Cost Control in its Finance team. The role aims to prevent wastage and keep food and beverage costs in check through menu pricing, inventory management and event costing.
You will prepare pre- and post-event P&L statements and highlight major deviations to management, support menu engineering and pricing strategy, clear POS/ORION interface entries daily and report any gaps, and record liquor consumption.
Requirements: a degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in F&B controls, cost control or a similar role.
