Deloitte is hiring a Consultant for its Customer Strategy & Design team in Bengaluru, focused on telecom clients. You will work on short- and long-term engagements covering revenue assurance, margin optimisation, collection analytics, customer experience reviews and OSS/BSS transformation.
You will use data analytics to find insights, build dashboards and KPI frameworks, help develop growth and cost strategies for technology, media and telecom clients, run client workshops and interviews, and support seniors on proposals and RFPs.
Requirements: a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering or Technology; 3–5 years of relevant experience, with telecom sector experience mandatory; knowledge of the telecom value chain; and skills in Excel, SQL and BI tools (Python optional).
