You will analyse requirements, design and build custom SugarCRM features, customise APIs, debug issues and maintain the existing codebase. Day-to-day work includes proofs of concept, development and testing, handling critical customer cases with clear documentation, root-cause analysis of incidents, and code reviews within a cross-functional Scrum team. You should have 2–4 years of hands-on SugarCRM development experience along with PHP, MySQL, Docker and caching tools such as ElastiCache and Redis. A focus on scalability, monitoring and CRM best practices is expected.
