Gartner is hiring an Associate Data Scientist in Gurugram to work on large, high-impact data science projects. You will extract and visualise insights from structured and unstructured data, build solutions using machine learning, deep learning and generative AI, and develop text analytics and knowledge-retrieval capabilities for large document sets. The role includes setting up evaluation, guardrails, prompt engineering and retrieval quality checks to keep AI outputs accurate and trustworthy, following good documentation and model lifecycle practices, and respecting data privacy and responsible AI rules. You will work with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced team with tight timelines. Experience needed: 1–3 years in data science, AI or ML roles with strong Python, ML and NLP skills.
