Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a ServiceNow CMDB specialist in Bengaluru (hybrid). You will configure, customise and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and its plugins and workspaces, build workflows, forms, scripts and automation, and support the CSDM framework while keeping CMDB health and integrity KPIs on target. The role also covers configuring ITOM Visibility, MID Servers, Service Graph connectors and Integration Hub spokes, keeping the platform secure and compliant, running health checks, and planning upgrades and patches. You will work with application and module owners on their CMDB needs. Requirements: 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment with hands-on CMDB, ITOM and scripting skills.
