Salesforce is hiring a Member of Technical Staff in Hyderabad for its integration and API platform team. You will build and support APIs and integrations with MuleSoft, create reusable integration components and API policies, and connect enterprise systems, data platforms and AI applications. The role also covers onboarding and governing AI agents and MCP servers through Agent Fabric, monitoring API traffic and security signals with Wallarm, and troubleshooting issues using logs and metrics. You will contribute to CI/CD, automated testing and deployment automation, support production operations with root-cause analysis, and keep runbooks up to date. Requirements: a computer science or engineering degree and 3+ years in software, integration or platform engineering.
