Citi is hiring a Java full-stack developer (hybrid) in Pune or Gurugram. You will define and build system enhancements, analyse and interpret code, consult with users and other technology teams to recommend programming solutions, and install and support client-facing systems. The role includes reviewing applications for security vulnerabilities, testing and debugging, resolving issues using your technical experience, and guiding newer analysts. You will work with limited supervision and act as a subject-matter contact for stakeholders while following Citi's risk and compliance standards. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services, with Java and Spring on the backend, a modern front-end framework, clear communication and a bachelor's degree.
