Stryker is hiring a Field Asset Management Analyst in Gurugram (hybrid) to manage medical device kits across dealers and accounts. You will process kit replenishment and new-account deployment transactions in JD Edwards, validate approvals, item codes and quantities, and track each transaction to closure. You will prepare regular MIS reports, analyse kit recalls and damage, flag trends and ageing, and reconcile JDE data with operational trackers. The role also covers improving kit-counting speed and accuracy (including digital or AI-based counting) and travelling to dealer locations for physical verification audits, recording mismatches and following up on actions. Requirements: 2–4 years in inventory, supply chain, ERP and MIS operations, strong Excel and attention to detail.
