Visa is hiring a Product Analyst in Bengaluru to support product operations for its sales tools and CRM platforms. You will be the link between sales users, product owners, business stakeholders and engineering: troubleshooting user issues, analysing support ticket trends, assessing the impact of product defects, and turning product releases into readiness plans and clear user guidance. You will keep the support knowledge base current, track releases and known issues, and suggest process and user-experience improvements. Visa expects everyday use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Requirements: 2+ years in product operations, CRM, sales technology or a similar area, with hands-on experience on enterprise CRM or sales platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills.
