Ericsson is hiring an Intelligent Network engineer in Noida to provide operations and maintenance for core and cloud network systems. You will keep systems available and performing well, own incident and emergency handling with thorough root-cause analysis, and support projects such as new node acceptance testing and technology rollouts. The role also includes driving automation and AI-based ideas for predictive maintenance and fault detection, tracking trouble-ticket, change-request and acceptance metrics against operating guidelines, managing releases and user access, and working with partners and regional and global support teams on escalations. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in telecom, IT, computer science or similar and 3–5 years of hands-on telecom O&M or service delivery experience.
