Zensar is hiring an SAP SD consultant in Mumbai for application management services (AMS) engagements. You will provide L2/L3 support for SAP Sales and Distribution production issues, resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs, run root-cause analysis and put permanent fixes in place. The role covers minor enhancements and configuration changes, writing functional specifications for ABAP teams, supporting releases, transports and regression testing, and acting as the SD point of contact for business users across the US, Europe and APAC. You will also handle unit, integration and UAT testing and maintain SOPs and knowledge documents in a 24x7, SLA-driven setup. Requirements: 3–5+ years in SAP SD AMS or support projects with strong order-to-cash knowledge and ITIL experience.
