Amazon's Finance Automation organisation is hiring an SDE II in Hyderabad for the GREF Workplace Support Technology team, which builds the software that keeps Amazon's corporate offices running in more than 60 countries. You will own services end to end across the helpdesk chat and ticketing stack built on Amazon Connect, AI-assisted triage, and work-order integrations that route and resolve millions of facilities requests. You will design, build, test and ship features used daily by employees and facilities agents. Basic qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship), 2+ years of design or architecture experience on new or existing systems, and experience across the full development life cycle including coding standards, reviews, testing and operations.
