You will provide daily operational support, including user access, configuration and issue resolution, and maintain CLM workflows, templates and document-generation logic. You will gather requirements from business users, implement configuration updates, monitor performance, and work with IT and cybersecurity teams on integrations such as SAP Ariba, Office 365, SSO and SAP CI. The role also covers documentation and runbooks, blueprint packaging and deployment, and testing during upgrades. Requirements: at least 2 years supporting DocuSign CLM or a similar CLM platform, strong knowledge of CLM workflows and templates, system administration and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Salesforce integrations.
