Administration work includes running BHOM tools and integrations such as OpsRamp, Zabbix and ServiceNow, managing user access and roles, and keeping configuration baselines compliant. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, monitoring or infrastructure, with hands-on knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools and ITSM processes.
