EY's Assurance practice (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) is hiring an Executive to work on IPO engagements. You will support IPO execution end to end: preparing and reviewing offer documents such as the DRHP and RHP, carrying out due diligence, coordinating with the client and the EY team on regulatory compliance, and liaising with book-running lead managers and legal counsel during the deal. You will also help with risk management and disclosure requirements, keep clients and third parties aligned, and contribute to business development by identifying early leads. Requirements: a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 1 year of relevant experience, sound knowledge of accounting standards and SEBI IPO regulations, strong drafting and Excel skills, and confidence working directly with clients.
