EY's Global Compliance & Reporting tax team in Pune is hiring a Consultant for corporate tax work. You will help seniors respond to client queries on corporate tax matters such as capital gains, tax payments and return preparation, research income-tax provisions affecting clients, and prepare submissions for assessment and appeal proceedings. You may appear before income-tax authorities on routine matters and will handle client administration such as engagement letters, internal quality and risk processes, filing and billing follow-up. Requirements: a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification with about 1+ year of relevant direct tax experience, good research and drafting skills, and a professional client-facing approach.
