EY's Business Consulting Risk team in Mumbai is hiring an Industrial Trainee for its Process & Controls (internal audit) practice. As a trainee you will support internal audit and risk advisory engagements for clients: understanding business processes, documenting process flows and controls, helping test controls, collecting and analysing data and evidence, and drafting observations and reports under the guidance of senior team members. It is a hands-on way to learn how risk and controls work across industries. Suited to fresh commerce or finance graduates and CA/CMA students with 0–1 year of experience, good Excel and communication skills, attention to detail and an interest in audit and risk.
