Nomura is hiring a Syndicated Loan Operations Analyst in Mumbai for its global markets operations team. You will manage the operational lifecycle of syndicated loans from origination to settlement, make sure documentation is complete and accurate, process transactions correctly and stay compliant with regulations. The role involves close coordination with internal departments and external agents and counterparties, and openings cover Asia (excluding Japan), EMEA and US shifts. Requirements: up to about 5 years of experience (freshers with relevant knowledge can apply), a good understanding of loan syndication, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
