CrowdStrike is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst at its Pune Shared Services Centre, which supports the Americas sales teams. You will handle the daily administration and support caseload for Salesforce.com, covering accounts, contacts, opportunities and territory assignments, and act as the internal help desk for Salesforce user issues, working with technical support to resolve them quickly. You will keep CRM data clean, help with reporting, and make sure sales users have the tools they need. Requirements: 2+ years in sales operations, CRM administration or a similar role, hands-on Salesforce experience, strong attention to detail, good Excel and comfort working with US-based teams.
