JLL is hiring a Compliance Executive in Bengaluru for its Integrated Facilities Management business. You will monitor compliance with labour laws and statutory rules across sites, verify statutory documents for contractors, vendors and manpower agencies, and track wages, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, insurance and labour licences. You will chase vendors for timely submissions, maintain compliance trackers, MIS and audit files, run periodic reviews to find gaps, support internal and external audits, and make sure contractor onboarding documents are complete, working with HR, operations, procurement and legal teams. Requirements: 2–5 years of statutory or labour-law compliance experience and good knowledge of Indian labour regulations.
