Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Global Access Management (GAM) Compliance Specialist in Bengaluru to help keep system access secure and compliant. You will handle user access requests, granting or modifying access as appropriate, support role design so access is managed effectively, and run periodic access re-certifications covering appropriateness and segregation-of-duties (SoD) conflicts with mitigating controls. You will also review how well IT access controls are working in operations and projects and support risk assessments. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in identity and access management, IT controls, IT audit or compliance, an understanding of SoD and access governance (SAP access experience is a plus), attention to detail and good documentation skills.
