Alcon, the eye-care company, is hiring a Sales Trainee apprentice in Delhi. You will complete a structured training programme with classroom and field training and work towards defined KPIs, learning Alcon's purpose, values and behaviours along with sales fundamentals, internal processes for in-clinic and out-of-clinic activities, work planning and reporting. You will travel with an assigned mentor, learn how prescriptions are generated through engagement with eye-care professionals, and build sales presentation skills before taking on a territory.
