American Express is hiring a Compliance Analyst in Gurugram for its Monitoring & Testing team. You will help managers carry out compliance testing through planning, fieldwork, reporting and wrap-up, following department standards and deadlines. You will interview business staff to document and assess processes, compliance risks and control design and effectiveness, help run status meetings and testing requests, document and evaluate findings, and validate the actions management takes to fix them. You will often work on several testing projects at once. Requirements: about 3 years of experience in compliance testing, internal audit or risk and controls, ideally in banking or financial services, strong documentation and analytical skills and clear communication.
