JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Personal Account Dealing (PAD) Operations Analyst in Hyderabad within Compliance Processing. You will help make sure employees follow the firm's PAD policy by monitoring personal account declarations, reconciling personal trading activity, investigating exceptions and escalating issues where needed. The role works across lines of business, Compliance and Technology, partners with regional compliance teams, and answers employee queries from around the world while maintaining quality, timeliness and control standards. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, trade surveillance or a similar operations role in financial services, good knowledge of securities and trading, strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
