Axis Bank is hiring Branch Relationship Officers in several cities, including Chennai, Nashik, Pune, Nagpur and Kolkata. You will offer solutions to branch customers and cross-sell the bank's retail and third-party products such as life and general insurance, mutual funds and loans against monthly targets. You will generate referrals and new-customer leads, take part in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch, contact existing customers to grow deposits, process customer transactions and requests accurately and on time, and resolve queries so customers stay satisfied. Requirements: a graduate degree, 2–4 years of experience in retail banking sales or customer service, good communication and a target-driven attitude.
