Along with handling customer cash and transactions accurately and on time, you will offer solutions and cross-sell the bank's retail and third-party products such as insurance, mutual funds and loans against assigned targets. You will generate referrals and leads, support branch marketing activities, contact existing customers to grow deposits, and resolve customer queries so they have a good branch experience. Following the bank's operational and compliance processes is a key part of the job. Requirements: a graduate degree, 2–4 years of experience in branch banking, cash handling or customer service, good communication skills and attention to detail.
