DHL is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chennai for its global recruiting team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional roles, from intake to selection and offer, working closely with hiring managers in Europe, the US and APAC and guiding them through the process. You will build and manage candidate pipelines, conduct structured interviews and assessments, drive recruitment activities across several vacancies and time zones, and make sure candidates and hiring managers have a consistent, professional experience, while sharing recruiting insights. Requirements: 2–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally for international or corporate roles, excellent English, experience with ATS tools and comfort working across time zones.
