Axis Bank is hiring Business Development Associates for its retail liabilities sales team in many cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur and Indore. You will find sales opportunities for the bank's own and third-party products by acquiring new customers and building relationships, deepen relationships with existing customers, and meet monthly sales targets based on your grade. All customer engagement is tracked in the CRM, and you must follow KYC and SEBI rules for financial services. Requirements: a graduate degree, 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial product sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered at entry grades), good communication and a target-driven mindset.
