Tata Capital is hiring a Sales Officer for Secured Business Loans (micro loan against property) in its retail MFB business. You will sell secured business loans to small business owners, meet customer needs, service existing accounts and open new ones by planning daily visits to existing and potential customers, dealers and other trade contacts. You will study the local market and dealer volumes to focus your sales effort, and keep management informed through daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly territory analysis. Requirements: a graduate degree, at least 1 year of experience selling secured business loans or LAP, knowledge of the local market and language, a two-wheeler for field work being helpful, and a target-driven attitude.
