Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Service Executive for its new car finance business in Guwahati. You will represent the company at dealer counters and in the market, act as the link between management and channel partners, and meet customers to explain loan schemes, documentation and pricing based on their needs. As the first line of control, you will check that customers meet funding norms before cases move ahead, and follow up after disbursement to make sure customers are satisfied. Requirements: a graduate in any discipline with at least 1 year of experience in auto loans, retail lending or customer-facing financial services, good communication in local languages, and a customer-first approach.
