Tower Research Capital, a quantitative trading firm, is hiring an AI/ML intern in Gurugram for a six-month, in-office internship starting January 2027. You will build and evaluate multi-agent systems, including agent orchestration, tool calling and integrations using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent skills, and use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code to speed up development and build internal tooling. You will also develop statistical and machine learning models, contribute to MLOps for deploying and monitoring models in production, and run experiments to analyse and improve model performance. Requirements: a bachelor's, master's or PhD (ongoing or completed) from a top university, strong Python and ML skills, and hands-on expertise with modern agentic AI tooling.
