Arm is hiring an engineer for memory design and characterization in Noida. You will work on design, margining, characterization, verification and release of memory instances such as single-port and dual-port SRAM and register files, handling views like Verilog, Liberty, schematics, LEF and GDS, and using the EDA tools in the development and verification flow. You will also learn automation techniques. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's in Electronics Engineering with strong academics and 2-5 years of memory design or characterization experience, a good grasp of SRAM, digital circuits, SoC concepts and device physics, and working knowledge of Shell or TCL scripting.
