Kyndryl is hiring a mainframe systems operations engineer in Bengaluru or Chennai with 3-5 years of mainframe operations experience. You will monitor and manage IBM z/OS production environments for high availability, handle console monitoring and alerts, and run daily operations such as IPL support, health checks and system start-up and shutdown. You will monitor and troubleshoot batch workloads so production runs finish within SLAs, resolve JCL, scheduling, dataset and execution issues, and coordinate job restarts and recovery. Experience with workload automation tools like CA-7, Control-M or IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler is expected, along with incident investigation and participation in major incident management.
