You will administer and maintain email security gateways and cloud email security services, keep them highly available and performing well, and manage configuration, upgrades, patches and lifecycle tasks. You will monitor service health against SLAs, investigate outages, mail-flow problems, delivery delays and performance issues, and coordinate incident resolution across teams. Capacity planning and performance tuning are also part of the job.
