Qualcomm is hiring a software test engineer in Bengaluru. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or a related field with 1+ year of software test engineering experience (or equivalent combinations listed in the posting). You will design, develop and modify test cases to validate embedded software, cloud software, system algorithms, applications and automation programs. You will create test plans, scenarios and scripts to locate failures in specific areas of code, write tests for new and complex features, document and report defects to developers, and work closely with software engineers to resolve them.
