Arm's Enterprise IT team in Bengaluru is hiring a service reliability advisor with 3-6 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications support. You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and related collaboration services, and administer and secure SharePoint environments. You will monitor and resolve incidents on business-critical applications using Dynatrace and other AIOps and observability tools, onboard applications into the Service Reliability Centre, set alert thresholds, and drive root-cause analysis and preventive fixes. The team works a rotational shift pattern within a 24x7x365 model and is moving towards a proactive SRE way of working.
