EY is hiring an on-site technology support specialist in Chennai with about 2-4 years of end-user IT support experience. You will deploy hardware and software to users, including installing, configuring and testing more complex equipment, and handle provisioning and deprovisioning for joiners and leavers. You will resolve incidents on standard software, hardware and mobile devices, coordinate repairs, spot recurring technical problems, and provide after-hours support for escalated issues. Asset management is part of the role: procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking and distribution, along with support for off-site firm events and meetings.
