Kyndryl is hiring a service coordinator in Greater Noida with 3+ years of banking domain experience. You will monitor critical banking applications such as Finacle Core Banking, payments, trade and loan origination systems, run start-of-day and end-of-day checks, and track alerts, interfaces and batch failures. As the L1 first point of contact you will log, categorize, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests within ITIL and SLA targets, troubleshoot login, interface and data-mismatch issues using SQL queries and SOP workarounds, and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 with full logs. Batch restarts, file transfers, data validation and deployment support are also part of the role.
