KONE, the elevator and escalator company, is hiring Government Apprentices, Company Apprentices and Diploma Engineering Trainees at its Chennai facility. Candidates with 0-1 year of experience in production, line assembly or quality can apply. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is expected. Apprentices will support production and assembly work, follow quality and safety standards on the shop floor, and learn KONE's manufacturing practices for elevators, escalators and automatic doors. Several openings exist under this apprenticeship programme. A good starting point for diploma holders and fresh technical graduates who want hands-on manufacturing experience.
