WNS is hiring a talent acquisition sourcer on contract for its Thane location. Candidates need an MBA in HR and at least 1 year of sourcing experience. You will build relationships with hiring managers to understand their teams, hiring needs and job specifications, write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms including social media, and use multiple recruiting sources and creative strategies to find quality candidates. You will screen resumes and manage candidates through the hiring process. Strong communication and decision-making skills, advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems, database management and internet search methods, and familiarity with job boards are expected.
