Principal Global Services is hiring process specialists for its defined contribution (DC) retirement services operations in Pune. MBA or any graduates can apply, preferably from a non-IT background; knowledge of retirement services is an advantage. You will complete assigned tasks the same day, process financial transactions accurately, consistently meet performance benchmarks, and look for automation opportunities in the process. After training you will provide floor support. You must work from the office during training; after that the role is hybrid with at least 3 days a week in the office. Night shift work is required.
