EY's International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team in Mumbai is hiring analysts with 0-3 years of experience. CA (Inter or qualified), CMA, CS, BCom, BBA or equivalent candidates can apply. You will help with tax due diligence on M&A deals, PE/VC investments and divestments, research direct tax, FEMA, company law and regulatory matters, and analyze financial statements, tax returns and transaction documents. You will support transaction structuring and corporate reorganisations such as mergers, demergers, slump sales and capital restructuring, and prepare tax memos, due diligence reports, client presentations and advisory notes.
