Hitachi Energy is hiring an associate buyer in Bengaluru with 1-5 years of procurement experience. You will help identify new suppliers with category teams and qualify them with supplier quality and engineering specialists. You will support negotiations with main suppliers, renew price lists and terms periodically, adapt the corporate contract framework to local needs, and recommend frame agreements to management while making sure approved terms are followed. Analysing and evaluating bids to find the best value and giving market information to bid and proposal teams are also part of the role.
